In the 5G era, what kind of chips do you need most?

In the past, telecom operators required products to be able to use for more than 30 years, but now, because of the rapid development of the network, telecom operators can use it for five to ten years.

This partly reflects the speed of development of the network. Handy also points out that in less than 10 years, the 4G network has been replaced by 5G. According to Craig McGowan, Senior Customer Manager of Meguiar Technologies, 5G is more like a network platform and the basis of data broadband networks.

Network fluency is also one of the advantages of 5G broadband Internet access, 5G can improve network delay speed, so that network speed no longer card. At the same time, McGowan said that ultra-low latency will be able to be used in AR and VR online games to a large extent.

Hiep Pham, vice president of storage company Virtium, said that the main goal of 5G is high-speed network fluidity. He believed that the demand for AI in future networks would increase, so high-frequency bandwidth was needed to process data.

It is expected that in the future, the boundaries between telecommunication networks and technology platforms will become increasingly blurred.
