The TMI5222D is a dual-channel dimmable separately controlled LED driver with 24V maximum input voltage, and the two channels have the same function. Each channel can achieve up to 1.5A of continuous output current with excellent load and line regulation. TMI5222D integrates main switch and synchronous switch with low RDS(ON) to minimize the conduction loss. Peak current mode operation provides fast transient response. Low LED current ripple and small external inductor and capacitor size are achieved with 900kHz switching frequency. The TMI5222D requires a minimum number of readily available standard external components and is available in a DFN2x2-10 ROHS compliant package.
