The TME7313A/B/C/D is capable of implementing all of the required features of the standard 802.3at protocol PD, including detection signatures, classification signatures, and two event classification functionality. In addition, the TME7313A/B/C/D provides power supply good indication signal, internal integrated isolated power switch with inrush current control, and supports external adapter power supply.The TME7313A/B/C/D simplify the peripheral requirements of the pins with a built-in DET resistor and MPS current .The TME7313A/B/C/D supports the PG indication signal, and the application method can be compatible with both peripheral Plus pull and no peripheral .The TME7313A/B/C/D has an internal 0.4 ohm isolated power switch with 100mA inrush current limit and 1A current limit.
