The TME7361 is an integrated IEEE 802.3af compatible PoE Powered Device (PD) with PD interface and power converter. It is targeted for non-isolated 13W PoE application. The PD interface has all the functions of IEEE 802.3af, including detection, classification, 100mA inrush current, 740mA operation current limit as well as 100V Hot-swap MOSFET. The DCDC converter Integrates 300mΩ highside MOSFET and achieve high efficiency over the wide input voltage range ， which adopts peak current control mode and has internal compensation to simplify application design. This also could minimize the external components in application with 480kHz switching frequency. The TME7361 features protection including over current protection, and thermal shutdown. It is available in ESOP8 package.
