The TME7601R/S is a single-port, powersourcing equipment(PSE) power controller designed for use in IEEE 802.3af/at-compliant PSE. This device provides powered device(PD)discovery, classification, current limit, and DC load-disconnect detections.The TME7601R/S operates automatically without the need for any software programming and features an integrated power MOSFET. TME7601S meets all IEEE 802.3AF-2003 requirements, such as multi-point resistor detection, PD classification, DC Disconnect, and Back-off for Midspans. It also meets all IEEE 802.3AT-2009 requirements, such as two-event classification. Standard AF Mode, Standard AT Mode，High-Power Mode can be selected through pins. The device supports single-supply operation, provides up to 35W in High-Power Mode for AT PD. TME7601R meets standard AF mode,stand AT Mode,and High-Power Mode.It also supports 4- EVENT classification for IEEE802.3bt single signature PD. The device supports single-supply operation, provides up to 60W in BT Mode for BT PD. The TME7601R/S LED pin is an open-drain output. The pin outputs indicates various operating statuses and fault conditions. The TME7601R/S is available in a space-saving, 8-pin ESOP power package, and is rated for the extended (-40℃ to +85℃) temperature range.
