The TMI6028AI and TMI6028BI are dual channel low-dropout regulator. They provide up to 300mA output current of each channel with one input voltage range from 1.9V to 5.5V. The device has 3µA very low quiescent current and is suitable for battery powered equipment with longer application life. TMI6028AI and TMI6028BI are designed to work with low ESR ceramic capacitors to reduce the amount of the PCB area.
