The TMI86810 series are unipolar high precise micropower Hall switch used in magnetic field detection and provides corresponding digital output. The TMI86810 is very suitable for lowpower consumption products, and can be used
in battery-powered systems such as TWS, touch-screen phones, pads, and laptops.
 
The TMI86810 series have a precise magnetic switch switching point, and its sensitivity to process differences and temperature changes is low.
 
The TMI86810 series are available in small SOT-23-3, TO-92S and DFN4L packages, and the packages are in compliance with ROHS specifications, and the lead frame is 100% lead-free.
