The TMI3363S is a high efficiency 600kHz switching frequency synchronous Buck DC-DC converter with capability of delivering up to 3A current with 45µA low input quiescent current. TMI3363S integrates both high and low side switch with low RDS(ON) to minimize the conduction loss. Low output voltage ripple and small external inductor and capacitor size are achieved with 600kHz switching frequency. It adopts the COT architecture to achieve fast transient responses, easy loop design, and very tight output regulation. Full protection features include short-circuit protection (SCP), overcurrent protection (OCP), output OVP and UVP ， input under-voltage protection (UVP) and thermal shutdown. The TMI3363S requires a minimum number of external components and it is available in a 6-pin TSOT23-6 RoHS compliant package.
