The TMI3382xx is high efficiency 650kHz and 1.2MHz switching frequency synchronous Buck DC-DC converter with capability of delivering up to 2A current. TMI3382xx integrates both high and low side switch with low RDS(ON) to minimize the conduction loss. Low output voltage ripple and small external inductor and capacitor size are achieved with 650kHz and 1.2MHz switching frequency. It adopts the COT architecture to achieve fast transient responses, easy loop design, and very tight output regulation. Full protection features include short-circuit protection (SCP), overcurrent protection (OCP), under-voltage protection (UVP), input over-voltage (OVP) and thermal shutdown. The TMI3382xx requires a minimum number of external components and it is available in a 8-pin SOT583 RoHS compliant package.
